Requests for specialized housing arrangements should include the following information: disability diagnosis, tests/evaluations (including dates and results), history of functional issues, present functional issues, and recommendations for accommodations. Please make certain to provide a continuum of possibilities when applicable. Final decisions concerning specialized housing accommodations may include specialists such as the school's clinical psychologist, nurse or physician.

To receive full consideration of your request, please submit the application according to the following deadlines:

Continuing Students:
For Upcoming Fall Semester - March 1st
For Upcoming Spring Semester - November 15

New Students:
For Upcoming Fall Semester - June 1st
For Upcoming Spring Semester - November 15

Please note:

• Any accommodation requests past the deadline generally will only be considered for the following semester and are based on availability.
• If you have submitted an application for a special housing accommodation, you must register for housing through the College's standard process while waiting for a decision.

Requests for special Dietary accommodations are evaluated carefully. To proceed with the evaluation process, a completed Request for Special Dietary Accommodations application must be submitted to the Specialized Resource Center (SRC). The Specialized Resource Center will forward the request and all materials to the committee for specialized accommodations.  A link to the application is below.
